Philosophy of Counseling

As a counselor, Marla seeks to enable others to live productively and to flourish as individuals. She creates a warm environment to allow individuals to share their concerns and work through them effectively. A vital aspect of flourishing is enabling others to grow and to find value in life. Through counseling, she seeks to reflect God’s love and acceptance while recognizing life’s struggles and aiding individuals to grow. It is her deepest desire to follow Christ’s example as a counselor and show His care for all.

Como consejera, deseo ayudar a los demás a vivir de manera productiva y de prosperar como individuos. He creado un espacio cálido para permitir que el individuo comparta sus preocupaciones y trabaje eficazmente a su resolución. Una meta fundamental de prosperar es ayudar a otros a crecer y descubrir valor en su vida. A través de la consejería, deseo reflejar al amor y recibimiento de Dios teniendo en cuenta los desafíos y las luchas que la vida presenta para ayudar al individuo a crecer. Es mi deseo seguir el ejemplo de Cristo el Consejero y demostrar su cuidado hacia todos.

Personal

Marla has been called from her education as a school counselor to reach out to those who struggle with life’s demands. Her upbringing in ministry and life in Argentina, have enabled her to learn about different cultures while also learning Spanish. She seeks to reach out to those who desire to live a fulfilled life.

Marla and her hsuband are the parents of three young adult daughters and a toddler granddaughter. They live in eastern Lancaster County with two of their daughters and two fat cats.

He sido llamado de mi educación como consejera escolar a llegar a los que luchan con las demandas de la vida. Habiéndome criado en la Argentina con padres misioneros evangélicos, conozco sobre distintas culturas y soy bilingüe en español. Quisiera allegar a los que desean vivir una vida plena y asistirles a través de sus desafíos.  

Con mi esposo de 27 anos, tengo tres hijas adultas, una nieta, y dos gatos gorditos y contentos.
