Deb Riddell
Executive Director
Deb became New Hope's Executive Director in May, 2019. From 2008 to 2015 she had been the manager of New Hope Community Closet so was already quite familiar with the ministry of New Hope. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years and her main areas of expertise have been in fundraising and donor development
Along with oversight of staff, Deb will provide vision, spiritual direction, marketing and strategic planning for New Hope. She is excited to see how the ministry can grow so that more in our community experience the healing and abundant life that comes through Christ.
Deb and her husband John have lived in Quarryville for over 30 years. Their 4 children are now adults and they have 3 wonderful daughters-in-law. They love being Gigi and Buzz to their 6 grandchildren.
Deb received her BSN from Columbia University.
Kathy Loser
Office Administrator
Born and raised in Lancaster, Kathy resides in Willow Street with her husband Jeff and their 2 fur babies.
She loves spending time with her husband, children, and pets. You can usually find her crafting, cooking, canning, swimming, or at the beach.
Kathy is thrilled to be a part of New Hope Ministry as the Office Administrator. She has been an
administrative assistant for many years and enjoys working to help people in various capacities. Her
tasks include offering excellent customer service to anyone that calls or comes to New Hope, scheduling
and billing clients, helping counselors with any administrative questions they have, bookkeeping,
correspondence, and helping to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
The Lord has blessed her in so many ways and to be a part of the New Hope team has been inspirational.
